Shipping policy
At Montrell, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Times
Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:
- Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
- Order handling time: 1 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.
- Transit time: 6 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Estimated delivery time: 7 to 16 business days.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Carrier Services
We partner with the following reliable carriers for deliveries within the United Kingdom: Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, Evri and FedEx.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: All orders qualify for free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom, with no minimum order requirement. The free shipping rate will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package directly on the carrier's website.
Delayed Orders
If the maximum processing and shipping time has passed and your order has not yet arrived, please allow up to two additional days and check your tracking number. If your package still has not arrived, please contact us at info@montrellstudio.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or an item is incorrect, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at info@montrellstudio.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If a package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Box addresses or military addresses (BFPO). Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
